Peters Layer Pellets is a nutritionally balanced chicken feed specially formulated for backyard chickens from point of lay (around 18 weeks of age). It contains all the ingredients necessary to support hen health and improve egg size and production.

Contains 1.2% linoleic acid to help improve egg size and production

Linoleic acid is an essential omega-6 fatty acid that helps hens to lay larger eggs regularly.

Manufactured in pellet form to decrease wastage and prevent selective feeding.

Poultry self-feeders are a good way to ensure the feed is continuously available – place Peters Layer Pellets in a chicken feeder. You can also scatter your chickens’ daily amount on the ground to encourage them to scratch and find their food.

Meat meal, Blood meal, Fat, Limestone, Di-calcium phosphate, Potassium carbonate, Salt, Methionine, Antioxidant, Egg yolk pigments and enzymes. Vitamins: A, D3, E, K, Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenate (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Biotin (B7), Cobalamin (B12) and Choline. Minerals: Calcium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Chloride, Cobalt, Copper, Iodine, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium and Zinc.
