Shipping policy

All deliveries will be unloaded and left in the safest, most easily accessible ground level area around the home and/or site. We require suitable safe access.

For Truck deliveries there must be suitable room, as well as extra room for the forklift trailer as required. The ground must also be suitable for truck and load weight.

Delivery fees and minimum spend are as follows:

Standard Delivery 

Up to 15km Radius - minimum spend $150 - Deliver Fee $10.00

15-35km Radius - minimum spend $150 - Delivery Fee $15.00

35-55km Radius - minimum spend $150 - Deliver Fee $30.00

55km+ Radius - please call the store for more details, as minimum spend and delivery fee will be variable.

Hay Rounds, and Large Hay Bales will incur an additional fee of $15 per each.

Truck Delivery 

Up to 15km Radius - minimum spend $150 - Deliver Fee $10.00

15-35km Radius - minimum spend $150 - Delivery Fee $15.00

35-55km Radius - minimum spend $150 - Deliver Fee $30.00

55km+ Radius - please call the store for more details, as minimum spend and delivery fee will be variable.

Each Pallet/ Hay Round/ Large Hay Bale will incur an additional fee of $15 each.
With a discounted flat rate of $90 for a full truck load.

Each Pallet/ Hay Round/ Large Hay Bale will incur an additional fee of $20 each if the forklift is also required.
With a discounted flat rate of $120 for a full truck load.
